IESCO Light Mobile Program For Consumers Has Been Released

Islamabad Electricity Supply Company (IESCO) has launched a mobile application as another step towards making it easier for consumers to use the technology.

The IESCO Light program was developed by the Power Information Technology Company (PITC), a federal agency of the Energy Department of the Ministry of Energy in Lahore.

The program offers IESCO consumers many features that they can use to their advantage, from reviewing cargo management plans to filing complaints.

Through the software, IESCO consumers can view and pay their unpaid bills, apply for new power connections, track the status of their applications and complaints, and forecast their future accounts.

Speaking on this topic, IESCO Director General Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan said that IESCO believes in serving its customers by providing quality services in line with advances in technology.

He added that the launch of IESCO Light is a step taken to give electricity consumers access to all major IESCO services.
