Lahore, February 14, 2022: Jason Roy of Quetta Gladiators was fined five percent of the match fee for violating the PSL Code of Conduct Level 1 during his team’s eight wicket defeat to Lahore Galandars in the 20th game of the HBL Pakistan Super. League 2022 at Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday.

Roy pleaded guilty and accepted the sanction proposed by Roshan Mahanama, so there was no need for an official hearing. The charges were cleared by district judges Asif Yaqoob and Michael Gough, the third judge Rashid Riaz and the fourth judge Valid Yagub.

All first-time Level 1 violations are subject to a minimum official warning and / or a fine of up to 25 percent of the relevant match fee.
