About 90% of the population is right-handed and to some extent more bilateral. Therefore, it is not surprising that technology companies prefer them when creating new hardware or software.
But if you are one of the few left-handed people, one of the problems you may encounter is to use the mouse with the main button on the left, usually to select anything. This also applies to the built-in physical buttons. . No one on the trackpad will feel particularly natural
